As a licensed clinical mental health counselor trained at Northwestern University, I have devoted my career to understanding and addressing the complexities of developmental trauma.

With extensive post-graduate training in mental health and mind-body interventions, I have spent years guiding clients toward resilience and growth, helping them reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater self-awareness and empowerment.

In addition to my work with individuals, I am deeply passionate about attachment theory and its profound role in shaping child development. Understanding how secure attachments foster emotional resilience and healthy relationships drives my work.
